# Rebuilt Studio

> We rebuild websites for small service businesses — manufacturers, trades, family practices, and the place next door. We build it first, and ship a live demo at <slug>.rebuilt.studio. If the owner likes it, the site goes live on their domain **within 24 hours** of approval. If they don't, the demo comes down in 14 days. We also build custom AI tools and custom web apps for the same kinds of businesses.

## What we sell

- **Site Build** — operator-quoted per project, scope-priced ($1,000–$5,000 typical) one-time. Includes design, build, structured data, FAQ schema, sitemap, llms.txt, and the deliverable as either Files (buyer self-hosts) or live on Hosted.
- **Hosted** — $9.99/month, no install fee. We deploy the site on infrastructure we manage, point the buyer's domain at it, and keep it running. Small edits are free for the first 6 months. After that, $50/month for unlimited edits — same reply-and-we-handle-it flow.
- **Custom AI builds** — bespoke AI software for small businesses. Intake wizards, AI agents, internal tools, custom apps. Scoped per engagement, no public price. See https://rebuilt.studio/custom-ai.

## What's built into every site

- Structured data (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage JSON-LD) so search engines and AI answer engines can read the site properly.
- A visible FAQ section paired with FAQPage schema, character-for-character — built specifically to be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
- Sitemap + llms.txt shipped with every site.
- Mobile-first, fast, accessible by default.
- Submitted to Google and Bing on the day the site goes live (Hosted tier).

## How we work

- Async only. We don't schedule calls or meetings as part of the standard offer.
- We rebuild first, then send a personal note to the owner. The demo is up at <business-slug>.rebuilt.studio for 14 days.
- **If the owner says yes, the site is live on their domain within 24 hours.** Install is bundled with Hosted. They can also take just the files and self-host.
- For custom AI builds and custom web apps, the build itself takes 2–6 weeks; the underlying website (if needed) still goes live in 24 hours.
- We don't do retainers, monthly design fees, or change-order invoices for the standard offer.
