Custom internal dashboards for small businesses.
A custom internal dashboard is a web app for your team that pulls data from the systems they already use (CRM, accounting, operations, spreadsheets) and shows the numbers and lists that actually drive your day. For a small business spending 30+ minutes per day building reports manually or copy-pasting between tabs, a dashboard pays back inside the first month.
buyers often compare to: Metabase · Klipfolio · Geckoboard · Cyfe
What it actually does
- Live KPI tiles pulled from the underlying systems via API (revenue MTD, jobs in progress, AR aging, conversion rates).
- Drill-down lists, click a tile, see the rows behind the number.
- Daily / weekly summary email auto-generated from the dashboard state.
- Per-role views, the owner sees the financial picture, the ops manager sees the production picture, the sales lead sees the pipeline.
- Optional alerts, something crosses a threshold, you get notified.
Who this is for
- Owners of 5–50 person businesses who currently get their numbers from "ask the bookkeeper" or weekly QuickBooks runs.
- Operations managers who keep a personal spreadsheet of "the numbers that matter" because no system has all of them.
- Multi-location small businesses where each location's numbers live in a different system.
What we'd build
Owner dashboard
Pulls from QuickBooks, Stripe, ServiceTitan/Jobber, your scheduling tool. One page: cash position, AR aging, jobs in progress, this-week-vs-last, top customers, top expenses. Sent as a 7am summary email each weekday. Build time ~3 weeks.
Sales pipeline dashboard
Pulls from CRM + email + your inbound forms. Live view: leads by stage, conversion by source, deals at risk (no activity > 14 days), revenue forecast. Build time ~3 weeks.
Need a internal dashboard that fits how you actually work?
Send a short note. We’ll write back within two business days with a rough shape of the build and a price band. We can have a related rebuilt website live in 24 hours; the app itself is a 2–6 week build depending on scope.

Why not Tableau / Power BI / Metabase / Looker?
For mid-market and enterprise, those tools are great, they're built for analyst-driven exploration. For small business, they're overkill: you don't want to learn a tool, you want a page that answers your question. A custom dashboard is faster to ship, cheaper to run, and shaped to your specific workflow.
What if my data is in spreadsheets?
That's fine: Google Sheets / Excel are first-class data sources. The build pulls live from the sheet. Most small-business dashboards mix one or two SaaS sources with two or three sheets.
