What does Rebuilt Studio cost in 2026?

TL;DR

Two delivery shapes, both scope-priced for the build itself ($1,000–$5,000 typical). Pricing is intentionally simple. There are two tiers and the math fits in a sentence each. Both tiers include the full site, the design, the structured data, the FAQ schema, the sitemap, the llms.txt, and submission to Google and Bing.

Files (scope-priced, $1,000–$5,000 typical, one-time) is for buyers who already have hosting (a cPanel host, a developer, a friend with a server) and want to handle install themselves. The buyer gets a zipped bundle of source files plus a one-page host-specific upload guide. There is no recurring charge and no relationship after delivery, it’s a one-shot purchase.

Hosted at $9.99 per month is for buyers who want the site live on their domain with zero setup work on their end. Install is included at no extra charge. We deploy the site, point the buyer’s domain at our infrastructure, and run it. For the first six months, small edits, phone number changes, photo swaps, new service descriptions, copy tweaks, are included. At month seven, the buyer can opt into the unlimited-edits tier at $50 per month, same reply-and-we-handle-it flow. Cancel any time and the buyer walks with the files.

Common follow-ups

What’s a "small edit"?

Phone number, hours, photos, service descriptions, staff updates, copy tweaks, new service additions to existing pages. Not redesigns, not structural rewrites, not new pages with custom layouts, those are out of scope and quoted separately.

Are there hidden fees?

The $250 install fee that some studios charge is included with Hosted at no charge. Third-party fees (domain registration, premium hosting if you outgrow our infrastructure) are paid by the buyer directly to the provider, never marked up, and we always disclose any cost before incurring it.

Can I switch from Files to Hosted later?

Yes. Pay the $9.99/month and we’ll install the same files on our infrastructure. The Files purchase is not refunded but you don’t double-pay for the build.
